Diane A. Singleton

Diane is a litigation attorney. She is a fourth generation Californian, born in Vallejo, California. Ms. Singleton received her B.A. with honors from San Jose State University in 1977, her M.B.A. from Pepperdine University in 1985 and her J.D. with Scholastic Distinction from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton in 1990. Ms. Singleton was Editor-in-Chief of the Western State University Law Review. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Central and Eastern Districts of California and is a member of the California State Bar. She began practicing civil litigation, including complex litigation and insurance defense matters in Los Angeles, California.

Ms. Singleton relocated to Northern California in 1999 and practices civil litigation including business disputes, insurance law and personal injury matters for plaintiffs and defendants. Ms. Singleton’s practice emphasizes representation of her clients at mediations, arbitrations and jury trials. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, Sonoma County Bar Association and Sonoma County Women in Law. Ms. Singleton is an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
