Nina has been with the firm since May, 1988. She attended Cittone School of Court Reporting in Edison, New Jersey, earned an Associate of Arts degree from Santa Rosa Junior College and is a member of Redwood Empire Association of Paralegals. In May of 2003, she became a paralegal by declaration pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 6450(c)(4).

Chris has been with the firm since August 2011.  He is a graduate of University of Miami Law School. Before joining the firm, he worked for the University of Utah Athletic Department. He will be studying for the California bar in early 2012.

Sara is a Notary Public and is also currently a student with aspirations of further pursuing a career in law. She is a member of the Sonoma County Legal Secretaries Association and the National Notary Association.

Kelly earned her Paralegal Certificate and Associate of Arts degree from DeAnza College, Cupertino, California, and an Associate of Arts degree in Administration of Justice from Madison Area Technical College, Madison, Wisconsin. She has been employed the firm since September, 2004, is a Notary Public and is member of Redwood Empire Association of Paralegals.

Heather joined the firm in the civil litigation department in 2007. Previously, she worked at a private law firm in Nevada for four years where she also completed an Extended Studies Paralegal Program at the University of Nevada, Reno.

Elena graduated from Empire College in 2002 with an Associate of Arts Degree in Legal Office Administration. She has been a legal secretary since 2003 and is fluent in Spanish.

Lauren has been a legal secretary and paralegal since 1981 with emphasis in family law and civil litigation. She graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College in 1982 with an AA degree and Legal Secretary Certificate. In February 2003 she became a paralegal by declaration under Business & Professions Code 6450(c)(4). Lauren has been with the firm since 1996 and since 2000 has been the lead litigation secretary for the firm. Lauren is a member of the Redwood Empire Association of Paralegals.

Ginger has been with the firm since August 2001. She graduated with highest honors from Santa Rosa Junior College with an AA in Liberal Arts. She earned a paralegal certificate from City College of San Francisco in 2004. She works as an estate planning and business paralegal and is a notary public. She is also treasurer and webmaster for Redwood Empire Association of Paralegals.

Kathy Wilder, Trust Administration and Probate Paralegal, KWilder@obrienlaw.com

Kathy holds an AA degree (with Honors) from Napa Valley College, and a paralegal certificate from Sonoma State University's Attorney Assistant Program. She is a member of the Redwood Empire Association of Paralegals and is a notary public. She has been a litigation, trust administration and probate paralegal since 1990 and has been with the firm since 2000.
