Toni L. Griffin's practice emphasizes alcoholic beverage law, business law (particularly as it relates to wineries and vineyards), employment law and loan documentation and secured transactions for financial institutions. She was born in St. Louis on June 24, 1946. Ms. Griffin received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her Juris Doctor degree in 1978 from the School of Law (Boalt Hall), University of California at Berkeley.

Prior to joining this firm in 1990, Ms. Griffin spent eight years working in the California wine industry where she held various positions of responsibility, including Vice President, General Manager and General Counsel of Sonoma Vineyards, then a subsidiary of Schenley Industires, Inc. Before her experience in the wine industry, Ms. Griffin was in private law practice in Santa Rosa. Ms. Griffin is a member of the State Bar of California and the Sonoma County Bar Association.
