Kathleen C. Miller

Ms. Miller is a litigation attorney. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 22, 1964. Ms. Miller is a member of both the California State Bar and the Texas State Bar. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of California, Northern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas, and Southern District of Texas. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English in 1986 from the University of Texas at Austin, and her Juris Doctorate in 1991 from the University of San Francisco. Ms. Miller's practice emphasizes litigation arising out of business transactions, real estate litigation, employment litigation, and the representation of clients before administrative agencies. She represents both businesses and individuals, as well as both plaintiffs and defendants. She is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association. She practiced in Dallas, Texas and San Francisco, California prior to joining the firm in January of 2001.
