Toni L. Griffin
Toni L. Griffin's practice emphasizes alcoholic beverage law, business law (particularly as it relates to wineries and vineyards), employment law and loan documentation and secured transactions for financial institutions. Ms. Griffin received her Juris Doctor degree in 1978 from the School of Law (Boalt Hall), University of California at Berkeley.
Prior to joining this firm in 1990, Ms. Griffin spent eight years working in the California wine industry where she held various positions of responsibility, including Vice President, General Manager and General Counsel of Sonoma Vineyards, then a subsidiary of Schenley Industires, Inc.
